  • Congressman Tom Reed will hold two town hall meetings this Saturday, June 9, in Ontario and Yates Counties.
“We’re all in this together – we have to get Washington out of the way and get our economy moving again so that businesses can create more jobs and career opportunities,” Reed said. “So I hope people can join the conversation and share thoughts and ideas on what our priorities should be.  I’m here to listen and welcome the conversation on whatever topics people choose.”
As of Saturday, Reed will have held 64 town hall meetings throughout the eight counties of the 29th Congressional District.
Town halls will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Benton Town Hall, 1000 Rte. 14A, Benton, and at 3 p.m. at Hopewell Fire Hall Station 2, 4018 St. Rte. 5 & 20, Hopewell.
Those unable to attend the town halls can share thoughts with Reed through his website (www.Reed.house.gov) or on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/RepTomReed.  Those in need of help with an issue regarding a federal agency can contact one of Reed’s offices: Washington (202-225-3161); Corning (607-654-7566); Olean (716-379-8434) or Pittsford (585-218-0040).
