The Yates County Legislature will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10 for their regular February meeting. The group typically meets on Mondays at 1 p.m., but because County Administrator Sarah Purdy and some legislators will be out of town Monday, the meeting date and time has been changed.

The agenda includes a resolution seeking home rule legislation for the renewal of the local lodging tax.

The legislature meets in the legislative chambers, located in the old courthouse.
