New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli released a statement this morning about the 2010-2011 New York State budget.
He says Gov. David Paterson's proposal includees revenue projections that are not realistic, and notes that revenue from personal income tax for January 2010 were down $1 billion compared to 2009.
