Washout causes reduced traffic

Pulteney, N.Y. -
Heavy rains have resulted in a pipe washout on State Route 54A at the Town of Pulteney/ Town of Urbana line. NYS Department of Transportation announced that traffic in that area will be reduced to one lane until further notice. The washout occured at a construction project.
