Dale and Karen Hallings of Penn Yan are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Ryan Hallings, to Christine Tuohy, daughter of James and Rena Tuohy of Williamsville.
Ryan is a graduate of Penn Yan Academy and Hobart College. He is employed at Finger Lakes Economic Development Center in Penn Yan.
Christine is a graduate of Clarence High School, Binghamton University and Madaille College. She is a fourth grade reading teacher at Penn Yan Elementary School.
An August 2010 wedding is planned at the Geneva Country Club.
