Lisa and Mike Salotto, Town of Italy, and David and Sherry Corcoran, Town of Italy, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Corcoran, to Andrew J. McCarthy, son of Jud and Debbie McCarthy of Penn Yan.
Jenn is a 2003 graduate of Marcus Whitman School. She will begin working at The Connection Call Center in Penn Yan. She is studying to get her Certified Nursing Assistant Degree.
Andrew is a 2005 graduate of Penn Yan Academy. He has served four years in the United States Marine Corps. He served two tours of duty in Iraq. He is currently on in-active duty and working as a Chef for The Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack in Farmington.
Jenn and Andrew are planning a July 31, 2010 wedding to be held at Andrew’s parents residence. A reception at the American Legion in Penn Yan will follow the ceremony.
