Pamela J. Armstrong, of Rochester, passed away peacefully February 19, 2018 after a long battle with cancer.
A celebration of Pam’s life will be held in July.
Pam was born Aug. 17, 1959 to Robert Clarke Armstrong and Pauline Thomas Armstrong.
Pam graduated from Penn Yan Academy in 1977. She moved to Rochester and attended Continental Beauty School. She was a hair dresser in Rochester for many years. Pam loved living in Rochester. She was an avid Nascar fan, especially for Mark Martin.
Pam’s fun-loving spirit will be dearly missed by her parents, Robert and Pauline Armstrong; sisters, Sandra (Dave) Smith, and Hilary (Bill) Culver; and brother, Terry (Shawn) Armstrong. Aunt Pam will be missed by Brian Updike, David Smith, Allison (Ben Ballard) Smith, Megan (Andy) Scheg, Trevor, Bennett, and Samantha Armstrong. She will also be missed by great-nieces and nephews, Jade Scheg, Kaelee Bunn-Smith, Jaxon and Brynleigh Ballard, whom she loved dearly. Her fur baby, Sheba, misses her mom.
