Born July 11, 1938, to George and Rhoda Armlin in German N.Y., she spent the majority of her youth in Wolcott. She held several jobs, not the least of which were homemaker, mother, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. A mother of five, she also welcomed three of her grandchildren into her home, raising them as her own.

She was perhaps best known as a professional musician (vocalist), performing alongside her husband John (Johnny) with their band, The Cherokees. They entertained countless numbers of fans throughout the Finger Lakes for over 40 years.

A voracious reader, she also loved gardening and campfires and was known as “mom” by many others than just her own children over the years as she welcomed so many into her heart and home.

She will be dearly missed by her two surviving sisters, Florence Culp and Beverly Delmastro; all of her children, George (Diane) Armlin, Thomas D. Jensen, William (Lori) Jensen, Joanna Jensen, and Sonja (Daniel) Jensen-Schell; her grandchildren, James and Corey Armlin, Thom E. (Kate) Jensen, Christian Jensen, Michael (Caprina) Brown, Lindsey Jensen, Jonathan Jensen, Kassondra (Joseph Larzelere) Jensen, Andrea (Jeff) Bailey, Joshua Johnston, Jeremiah Johnston, Melissa (Zachary) Geroux (nee Johnston), Nicholas Lamicela, Vincent Lamicela, Athena Lamicela, and Stephanie Schell; as well as her great-grandchildren, Collin, Ayden, Alaura Mae, Bethany, Clayton, Maddox, Abigail, Crystal, Christopher, Savannah, Kristina, Brianna, Jenah, and Michael Jr.; and her Aunt Frieda Whittington, who is 99 years young.

Pat was predeceased by her husband, John B. Jensen; her parents and sisters, Barbara Cuatt and Frieda Bulla.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to any respiratory research organization or to the Keuka Comfort Care Home in Pat’s name.
