Donna Crosby died peacefully at her home on Thursday, January 28, 2010.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 6 at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A memorial service will follow at noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for Art Therapy and Recreation may be sent to the Ontario County ARC, c/o Donna Auria, 3071 County Complex Dr., Canandaigua, NY 14424.

Donna grew up and lived in Flint all her life. She graduated from Gorham High School in 1956. Donna retired in 2000 after 26 years as a Certified Teacher Assistant with W-FL BOCES.

She is survived by four children, Gordon (Candy Starr), Robert (Kris Darling) , Patrick and Patricia Crosby; five grandchildren, Sarah (Joe Liberati),  Robert (Kari), Natasha  and Sierra Crosby and Elizabeth (John) Kagel; four great-grandchildren, Ethan Kagel, Talan Holley, Rhyder Crosby, and Ayden Liberati; brother, Ted (Margie) Crosby; sister-in-law Jane Crosby; several nieces and one nephew; many friends; and her cat, “Kitty”.

She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Thomas Crosby; her parents, Jack and Doris Breen; and her stepmother, Clara Breen.
