Phyllis W. Keesey, 66, of Penn Yan, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at The Homestead Nursing Home.
Friends and family may call from noon to 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9 at the Townsend-Wood Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Elm St., Penn Yan. Her funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Adrienne Russell officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the MDA, 1425 Jefferson Rd., Rochester, NY 14623.
Phyllis was born July 20, 1944, the daughter of Harold R. and Dorothy S. (Stape) Warren. She is survived by her brother, Richard Warren Sr.; her sister, Donna (Eric Sr.) Gabrielson; nieces and nephews, Tammy and
Rich Warren and Karen, Daniel, and Brenda Gabrielson; best friend, Charlie Marks; and numerous other friends.
She is predeceased by her husband, Donald Keesey, and her brother, Ronald Warren.
