I am writing in response to the article Yates backs Wine Sales Act. I believe that this is a positive thing and I support this 100 percent. Not only will this be an opportunity to benefit the wineries themselves, but to benefit the community.

Much of our money spent at wineries goes directly back into the community.
There are a number of wineries who make it their mission to buy only ,local products to bring jobs and money into the local area. So why would people be opposed to this? Many other states provide wines in their grocery stores and this has not taken a tremendous amount of business away from the liquor stores. Bringing wine to grocery stores could also provide a positive health benefit. This will make wine more visible to shopper’s who may be more likely to buy their wine at a grocery store rather than a liquor store.
