Former Penn Yan Mustang and New England Patriot Tony Collins returned to Penn Yan last week for his annual Collins Celebrity Golf Classic and Youth Football and Cheer Clinic.

The golf tournament was held over two days at the Seneca Lake Country Club after former NFL pro players were auctioned off to golf teams at a social held at the Penn Yan Moose Lodge on July 28.

Before hitting the links for Friday's golf game, Collins and several other former football greats spent some time with young football players at the Penn Yan football field for a mini camp. Cheerleaders also had their version of a mini camp.

Proceeds from the events benefitted the Keuka Lake School and Milly's Pantry Backpack Program, the Boys and Girls Club of Geneva, the Penn Yan Jr. Mustangs and the Yates Humane Society
