– Aaron Lyle Mortensen, 46, of Sarasota, passed away on July 12, 2022. Aaron was born August 8, 1975, in Watkins Glen, New York to Earl and Sarah (Synder) Mortensen. Aaron graduated from Keiser University with a master’s in Culinary Arts, as well as an associate degree in Accounting. He was an Executive Chef of Lu’Scious Catering Company, as well as being an Ordained Minister. He is survived by his parents Earl and Sarah Mortensen, his sisters Heather, Cheri, and Dorothy, brothers Christian, Earl, Brian, and Tom. As well as many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

It was Aaron’s wish to have no funeral, but rather a Celebration of life, where his friends and family would have the opportunity to share memories, music, and fun times. In honor of this wish, his Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September

17th from 2-5 pm at the Valley Inn on Guyanoga Road, Branchport, New York. If you could please write a little message (what Aaron meant to me) that can be put in the memory box. There will be opportunities to Sing, play music, and share memories.
