Maude D. Parish,  90, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017.

Friends may call from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 25 at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A Funeral Service will begin at 5:30. Burial will be in the Benton Rural Cemetery, at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 3535 Number Nine Rd., Geneva, NY 14456.

Maude was born in Lodi Jan. 17, 1927. She was the daughter of the late George and Mae Putnam. Maude and her husband, Paul, were married for 47 years, prior to his passing in 1990. They raised five daughters.

Maude retired from Willard Psychiatric Center as a Housekeeping Supervisor in 1991. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Geneva. Maude loved the Lord and spent her life walking in His light. She loved unconditionally and spent every day expressing this love to her family. All who met Maude loved her.

Maude is survived by five daughters, Donna French, Diane Conklin, Paula (Elwood) Hilligus, Susan Dragos, and Barbara (Jim) Marcinkowski; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Sincebaugh; one brother, Claude Putnam; brother-in-law, Glenn Parish; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three grandchildren.
