Randall "Randy" Moyer, 60, died Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Corning Hospital. His special caregivers from Campbell IRA, where he has resided since July 2016, were at his side throughout his brief illness in the hospital.

There will be a memorial service for Randy at the Campbell Alliance Church at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday Nov. 29.

Randy lived with Otto and Robin Hoppe for 34 years in Dundee and became a part of their family. He worked for many years at Keuka College Kitchen, via Arc of Yates. He was a prolific artist so he joined Skylarc art studios, where he won awards and sold his artwork. Randy had a passion for Harley motorcycles, drum playing and for horses. He loved going on trips to Dude ranches, Nashville, Florida, and worked hard to save to do all these things.

Randy saw life from a positive perspective. He made friends easily and was a joy to anyone who took the time to get to know him. He was very happy living at the Campbell IRA and loved the people who helped care for him.

He is survived by his best friends of 34 years, Otto and Robin Hoppe, and Penny Coon and all of his Campbell friends. Randy will be greatly missed by all.

Arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Home in Corning with burial at the convenience of Randy's caregivers.
