David P. Taylor
Springfield, VA - David P Taylor (age 63) recently passed away at his home in Springfield, Virginia.
David was born in Penn Yan, NY, son of the late Daniel and Nancy Taylor. He was a member of the Class of 1975 at Penn Yan Academy. After graduation, David attended and earned degrees from Johns Hopkins University and Boston University.
David found career paths which incorporated his passions of carpentry and writing. He most recently worked as a Facilities Specialist for Facets: Opening Doors for People in Need in Alexandria, VA and authored a blog titled Letters From Another Life.
David is predeceased by his parents. He chose to lead a life of independence, but is survived by a brother, sister, son, three daughters, aunt and uncle, three cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours and the burial will be at the convenience of the family.
David maintained an interest in the Glenn H Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, New York. Memorial donations in memory of David may be mailed to: Glenn H.
