Age 38, of Penn Yan, passed away January 12, 2022.
Jeff worked at TOPS Friendly Market in Penn Yan. He was a passionate Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed fishing and woodburning. He was also a great cook and loved making food. Jeff will be remembered as a jokester by his family and friends, always making people smile or laugh.
He is survived by his loving mother, Teresa Pruden; also, his daughter Audria, brother Shawn, niece Gracie, and several cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Walter and Shirley Radka.
A Memorial Service celebrating his life and memories will be held at Weldon Funeral Home, 102 E. Main St., Penn Yan on Monday, January 31, from 1pm-3pm; followed by a Service of Remembrance at 3:00pm.
He will be interred with his grandparents at Hillside Cemetery in Dundee at a later date.
