The Dundee softball team went 2-1 on overall last week.

Dundee 10 Bloomfield 4

On Friday the team played at home against Bloomfield and won 10-4. Megan Sutherland won the game on the mound, notching five strikeouts. Mercedez Roy was 3-for-4 at the plate.

“Makenzie Cratsley had a great game at shortstop,” said coach Courtney Eddinger.

Dundee 8 Naples 2

The team defeated Naples on Wednesday 8-2. Sutherland again earned the win pitching, striking out six hitters. Abby Miller had three hits in three at-bats.

Romulus 14 Dundee 7

The only loss was last Monday when Romulus defeated the Lady Scots 14-7. Alyssah Newell had three hits.

The team played Naples Monday, and Red Jacket Tuesday. They will play a doubleheader against Honeoye away Thursday, and a final doubleheader at home against Marcus Whitman.


The Dundee baseball team dropped four contests last week. The team lost 16-4 on the road against Savona, 9-3 at home against Naples, 17-3 at home versus Bloomfield, and 17-4 at home against Marcus Whitman. No further details were provided.
