Real estate brokers Dale Lane and Dan Morse have shed their real estate franchise chains with RE/Max, and have gone into business together, forming an independent real estate company, Keuka Lake and Land Realty.

Keuka Lake and Land Realty is a full service real estate company serving the Finger Lakes with offices in Penn Yan and Bath, and with a new location in Hammondsport on the horizon.

Keuka L&L’s team of agents offer vast sales experience on Keuka, Seneca, Waneta, and Lamoka Lakes, and all the land and villages in between. Last year alone they closed over $24 million in sales. You’ll see their distinctive new signs at homes, business, land, and rental properties all over the Penn Yan, Dundee, Bath, and Hammondsport areas.

Keuka L&L’s sales record is matched by their commitment to customer service. Our agents offer friendly, reliable service you want from your real estate professional. They have the knowledge and experience, and take the time to answer your questions to make your transaction as smooth as possible from beginning to end.

Keuka L&L also has a vacation rental company for both long and short term rentals, as well as an in-house construction company. “With this, we believe we are a well rounded company and can see our clients’ needs from many different angles, and can provide a higher standard of services,” says owner/broker Dale Lane.

Lane has been in the Finger Lakes real estate market for over 25 years buying, selling, building, and developing projects himself or representing clients in all of these areas. “I believe I have a strong handle on the area market place and represent my clients well,” says Lane.

Born and raised in Penn Yan, Lane says, “I have seen our beautiful area here in the Finger Lakes blossom into a great place, not only to raise a family, but a great place where people can retire and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Dan Morse also grew up in Penn Yan. “I spent every moment I could at my grandparent’s home on Keuka Lake enjoying the beauty of this area. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in business management, he moved back to the area Iand started to invest in real estate. “As my interest and portfolio grew, I knew real estate would be more than a hobby for me and Keuka Lake was where I wanted to be.”

Morse was the top sales person and an award-winning broker before becoming a full partner with Lane, and was ranked 16th among all New York State Re/Max agents in closed transactions.
