An encore presentation by Stephanie Olsen describing the migration of Danish people to Yates County will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 16 at the United Methodist Church in Penn Yan.
As a grandchild of a Danish immigrant, Olsen has lived and learned the customs of these hard working people. She has lived in Denmark, researching her genealogy and Danish history. Admission is $5 for YCHC members. Non-members are $10 The book, The Danes of Yates County, will be available for sale. Enter the Fellowship Hall at rear of Church enter from Chapel Street.
