Hobbies:  Drawing; raising dairy and pygmy goats; hunting; fishing; bike riding; walking; singing; arts & crafts and swimming.

What would you do to improve the community if you were in charge for one day?

I think I would have all the old buildings and houses fixed up.  I would have a youth center to be open after school and on weekends.  I would focus on the people. I would have a center for needy people.  I would require everyone to do something kind for a neighbor.

Hobbies:  Lacrosse camps and tournaments; spending time with friends; attending sporting events; school and community plays; tubing; reading and critiquing literature.

What would you do to improve the community if you were in charge for one day?

I would have members of the community donate their old glasses or donate money to buy new glasses for community members in need. I would create and distribute flyers and posters to communicate my plan.

What would you do to improve the community if you were in charge for one day?

My improvement would affect the economy.  I would have a sales tax free day. I would have this day occur during the summer.  This day would apply to any business in Penn Yan, for example stores, gas stations, marinas, etc.

What would you do to improve the community if you were in charge for one day?

I would like kids to feel they all have a part in the community and make it a more beautiful place to visit.  I would like a supervised arcade.  Another thing I would want would be some type of boys and girls club. I would like a Community Celebration Day for activities between the elderly and young.  Entrance signs “Welcome to Penn Yan a clean and friendly community.”

What would you do to improve the community if you were in charge for one day?

I would organize a non-denominational youth group.  Some of the service projects would include helping elderly grocery shop or run errands and helping them with household chores.  I would also participate in Christmas for the Needy, sing Christmas carols and perhaps set up a soup kitchen.

What would you do to improve the community if you were in charge for one day?

I would show the children the harm they are doing to their bodies by smoking.  They would be able to view the lungs and other body parts of a smoker. I would try to interest them in other healthy activities.

Activities:  Member of St. Michael’s Church; worked at Seneca Farms in summer, Lown’s in winter; lacrosse; help with modified girls soccer team; help with summer lacrosse kids program; played violin since second grade; orchestra; participated in Youth Speakout at Keuka College; volunteer work for senior citizens dinners and for the needy.

Hobbies: Sports; listening to music; movies; lacrosse; soccer; speed ball; basketball; baking cookies.

What would you do to improve the community if you were in charge for one day?

I would help organize and plan a community center.  This center would be located where everyone could access it.  Activities would include workshops, classes and a place for kids to come and get academic help. I would also include a cafeteria. I would also organize health clinics.
