At their awards dinner held June 16 at the Dresden Hotel, the brotherhood of Seneca Lake Masonic Lodge #308 bestowed their recognition and thanks to the members who have distinguished themselves by the level and length of their service to the lodge and the community.
New Lodge Master Tom Barden was ably assisted by Past Masters Bill Updike as emcee and John McCormick in the presentation of awards.
Highlighting the event, John Abraham, who with his brother, Paul, hosted decades of guests at the Dresden Hotel, was honored with his 60 Year Service Pin, and longtime Dresden fixture Bradley Y. Baughman received the Dedicated Service Award for so much of his lodge work that often goes unmentioned.
