Legislature meets at 1 p.m. Oct. 13

The Yates County Legislature will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13 in the Legislative Chambers in the County Office Building, 417 Liberty St., Penn Yan.

A public hearing on proposed local law No. 3-09 which amends earlier laws to increase the reserve fund from $300,000 to $500,000 will be held beginning at 1 p.m.
