Three people were injured in a two car accident on Ferguson Corners Road at 10:35 a.m. April 28. Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies say Elbert W. Hankins, 59, of Fairport, was driving east on Ferguson Corners Road when a vehicle driven by Dawn M. Robbins, 48, of Waterloo pulled into an intersection when she failed to yield the right of way.

Hankins, who sustained a hip injury, and Diamond M. White, 18, also of Waterloo, a passenger in Robbins’ vehicle, were transported to Geneva General Hospital for treatment. White was treated for a neck injury.

Robbins was transported by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for treatment of a head injury. She was listed in satisfactory condition Tuesday morning.
