Two Dundee youths were arrested for public lewdness on May 7 after a Dundee School resource officer received information that they were alleged to have exposed their private parts to other students while in a classroom during a class.  They were issued appearance tickets to answer charges in Dundee Village Court.

Allen L. Ingraham, II, 43, of 250 Bassett Road, Naples was charged with harassment second degree, a violation, on May 7.  Ingraham was charged by Yates County deputies following a complaint by a Town of Italy resident alleging Ingraham punched him in the head with his fist.  He was issued a criminal summons to appear in Italy Town Court on May 21.

Four people were arrested at 2:30 a.m. on May 11 at an underage gathering on West Sherman Hollow Road in the Town of Jerusalem.  Melanie A. Dillon, 20 of 2304 Pultney Road, Branchport, Lacee L. Kennard, 18, of 11199 Fairgrounds Road, Prattsburgh, Peter S. Stewart, 20, of 3061 Italy-Friend Road, Branchport and Kyle W. Conley, 17, of 214 East Steuben St., Bath were charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage.  The defendants were issued tickets to appear in Town of Jerusalem Court.

Harriet K. Mitchell, 40, of 2 Markie Drive, Rochester was charged on May 12 with  aggravated unlicensed operation third degree (class A misdemeanor).  Mitchell was stopped by deputies on State Route 14 in the Town of Milo for speeding.  A computer check of her license showed that her driving privileges were suspended for failing to answer summonses out of Monroe County.  She was arraigned in Jerusalem Town Court and released.  She will appear in Town of Milo Court on May 15.
