Penn Yan Village Police for May 21, 2008

Michelle L. Downs, 33, of Keuka Park was charged on May 14 with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to comply. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Elm Street after a vehicle was seen passing a fire truck that had emergency lights on.  A computer check revealed her license had been suspended.  She will appear in Penn Yan village court.
