Fran was born in Palm Harbor, Fla. February 20, 1935, the daughter of the late Frederick and Ethel (Medler) Cramer. She was a very family oriented person, loved to get together with all of the family every moment that she could, and loved every minute of it. She loved gardening, birds and bird watching, sewing in her younger years, and loved camping out. Fran also was blessed with a great-great-grandchild named Gideon. We all cherished the time of get togethers and will always remain in our hearts and memories. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother!

Fran was predeceased by her husband, Paul R. Clingerman; and daughter, Francine Ryan. She is survived by her children, Char, Dawn, John, and Joe; step children, Wes, Annette, and Paul Jr.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchild, Gideon; brother and sister-in-law, James and Diane Cramer; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
