Letter to the Editor: To frack or not to frack

The socioeconomic and environmental impact of Hydraulic Fracking is an issue that deserves our undivided attention. We owe it to ourselves to investigate how this invasive procedure will effect our daily lives and right to “quiet enjoyment” of private property.

The upcoming public hearing on Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Branchport Firehouse is an excellent opportunity to learn more about Hydraulic Fracturing, the process and it’s potential impact on our community.  See you there!
