Dundee Lady Scots get two wins

he Dundee Lady Scots Basketball team captured two wins last week after their Christmas Holiday break.  On Friday evening at home, Dundee downed HAC 54-36.

After leading 28-16 at the half, the Dundee five lengthened their lead to a big 46-24 after three quarters and eased to the victory.  Casi Strait scored 16 points to lead the Lady Scots in scoring.  Sami Pratt added 10 points. 

The Lady Scots came right back on Saturday evening and picked right up where they left off the night before with an easy 61-23 drubbing of Bradford in Dundee. 

Dundee lead 24-6 at the half and the game was never much in doubt. Casi Strait once again lead Dundee with 16 points.  Sami Pratt added 13 points and Nikki Muoio 12 points to help pace the Dundee offense.

With the two wins Dundee’s record stands at 3-2 in the Finger Lakes West and 5-3 overall.

 Before the break, the Lady Scots defeated Prattsburgh 44-39 in the opening game of the Hammondsport Tournament.  In the championship game host Hammondpsort defeated the Lady Scots 49-39.
