The Penn Yan Mustang boy's basketball team topped Wayne 50-42 at home on Thursday night to round out their 2010-11 regular season schedule.  After trailing 14-12 after one quarter, the hometown outscored the Eagles 38-28 the rest of the way to pick up their 4th win of the season.  James Burdette topped the Penn Yan scoring ledger with 21 points.  Dylan Yonts added 13 points and Adam Stork 8.

Earlier in the week, the Mustangs fell to Geneva 57-43 in Geneva on Tuesday evening.  The Panthers broke open a close contest in the final quarter with a 17-6 run.  Adam Stork registered 13 points for the Orange and Blue cagers.  James Burdette added 9 points.  

Penn Yan earned a No.7 seed in the upcoming Section V Class B1 tournament.  They will travel to Hornell on Friday evening to take on the No. 2 seed Maple City Red Raiders in a quarterfinal matchup.
