The Cardiac Scramble Tournament, sponsored by the Penn Yan Lions Club, will be held Wednesday, June 15 at Lakeside Country Club.

The event provides “scholarship” support for financially eligible participants in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program of Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital and for charitable projects of the Lions Club.

Last year, the tournament provided $12,000 for the scholarship program in addition to funds for Lions Club charities.

The four-person, 18-hole scramble will begin at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start.

The $75 per person entry fee includes cart, greens fee, lunch, refreshments, and a post-round reception-dinner. There will be a silent auction and prizes will be awarded.

Sponsors may have a recognition/appreciation sign placed in “The Wall of Fame” adjacent to the third fairway for a $65 contribution. Additionally, individual hole sponsorships are available for $65 and “Champion” sponsorships for $250.

Tournament applications, information regarding sponsorships and prize donations are available from Co-Chairs David Payne 315-536-6120 and Tim Paddock 315-536-2860.
