Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White out with knee injury against Saints
Buffalo Bills starting cornerback Tre'Davious White suffered a non-contact knee injury in the second quarter against the New Orleans Saints on Thanksgiving. He was ruled out for the game.
White was defending wide receiver Marquez Callaway on a second-down pass when his left leg appeared to get caught in the turf. He stayed down after the play and was looked at by the team's medical staff.
White was able to walk off by himself and slammed his helmet on the sideline. The 2017 first-round pick into the blue medical tent after he exited the field. He walked back to the locker room with a towel on his head and was initially ruled doubtful. White was downgraded to out at the start of the third quarter.
White has made the Pro Bowl in each of the past two seasons. He was a first-team All-Pro selection in 2019, when he tied for the NFL lead with six interceptions.
Dane Jackson entered the game in place of White.
