The Dundee Scot baseball team defeated Bloomfield at home 12-11 in a Finger Lakes West contest. The big news in this game was generated by the running of Dundee's Justin Neu. He picked up 5 more stolen bases in this game and in the process set a new Section V record for career stolen bases with 111. The fleet-footed Mr. Neu helped Dundee pick a big league win over Bloomfield. Bobby Strait was the winning pitcher for Dundee. He also contributed 3 hits and drove in 4 runs.

The Scotsmen improve their FL West League mark to 3-7. They are 5-7 overall.

Naples 14 Marcus Whitman 6

The Big Green of Naples defeated Marcus Whitman 14-6 in Finger Lakes West action. An 8 run fourth inning erased a 5-4 deficit for the Green Machine. Trevor Black went 3-for-4 for Whitman. He had a double, an RBI, and scored a run for the Wildcats (2-8, 2-12).
