At their annual dinner June 1, the Yates County Chamber of Commerce had the honor of presenting awards to exceptional individuals who have made significant contributions to Yates County. Mike Marchionda was presented with the “Norman Snow Jr. Memorial Spirit Award,” recognizing his outstanding dedication to the Main Street Flag project. Brian Cunningham was honored with the “Emily Seager Memorial Spirit Award” for his commitment to the Field House project at the Yates Community Center. Derek Stork was recognized as the recipient of the “Director of the Year Award,” acknowledging his exemplary leadership and invaluable contributions to the Chamber of Commerce.
