Yates County celebrated a momentous occasion Jan. 4 with a groundbreaking ceremony for the $14 million ReConnect 1 project. This is the beginning of a 285-mile build to provide access to approximately 1,650 unserved residents and businesses in Yates County. Construction is expected to continue into 2024.
