Keuka Lake and Peasantman Triathlons now under same management

PENN YAN – Most area residents and running aficionados are aware that there are two triathlons in the Penn Yan area every summer – the Keuka Lake Triathlon in June, and the Peasantman Steel Distance Triathlons in August. The events’ organizers have announced that both races are now under the management of Race Director Joe McMahon and First Knight Racing. “The races themselves have not changed one bit,” says McMahon, “they’re just under the same management now.”

We Honor Veterans visit hospice

YATES COUNTY - UR Medicine Home Care provides the “We Honor Veterans” program to ensure each and every veteran receiving hospice care gets the proper attention and a hero’s welcome home in their last days. “We Honor Veterans” is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and Veterans Affairs.
