Only the fifth county in state to receive $10K points-based CEC grant Yates County has been awarded a $10,000 Points-Based Grant through the Clean Energy Communities (CEC) Program. The highlight of our State Fair contests was a 2nd place finish in the Tree Identification contest by Mason Bush (3rd individual) and Lily Hoke-Naylor (7th individual).
