Who is our neighbor? The Miriam Webster dictionary defines “neighbor” as someone who lives near another or any human being. Sounds like we are all neighbors and yet, how many do we know? I mean, really know? I have to admit that, even as I have lived here for over 43 years, I have a very small circle of people and/or community organizations who I know well.

FINGER LAKES -- Yates County Judge Jason Cook has earned three new endorsements in this year’s election for State Supreme Court in the 7th Judicial District, which covers Steuben County, along with Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates Counties. Steuben County Bar Association Based on their members’ experiences in his courtrooms, the Steuben County Bar Association has endorsed Judge Cook.
