Famed architect, Porsche enthusiast Steven Harris named Grand Marshal for 2025 Grand Prix Festival

COACHES CORNER Sheldon Gibson

DUNDEE -- Sheldon Gibson has been a long-time coach in many sports, but specifically in Track & Field. Gibson has been coaching track at different levels for 25 years, where he was the Dundee Head coach for 11, and will be assuming that role again next year.

PENN YAN YOUTH LACROSSE Penn Yan boys lax win 2nd FLX Tournament

The Penn Yan Boys Lacrosse 1st & 2nd grade team won The Finger Lakes Lacrosse Tournament on Saturday, July 19 at Everest Park in Auburn. Capping off their second straight undefeated season, they coasted through their first two games with wins over a strong FM Pride (Fayetteville-Manlius) team (10-6), and a club team, the NoCo Ripperz (Potsdam), 7-1, with strong play by Griffin Kirk, Porter Battin, Joey Orzel, Parker Folts, Xavier Trombley and Emery Hampton.

Krossin' Keuka Returns!

KEUKA LAKE -- On the sparkling shores of Keuka Lake, an extraordinary event will once again unite swimmers, paddlers, volunteers, and community members in a powerful show of compassion and commitment. The annual Krossin' Keuka swim, hosted by the Keuka Comfort Care Home (KCCH), returns this summer with a mission as strong as ever—to ensure the continuation of free, end-of-life care for individuals and families in Yates County.

COACHES CORNER: Scott Shepardson

Championship opportunities can come and go, leaving student athletes and coaches with missed chances and unfulfilled wishes, but this season, for the Dundee-Bradford BraveScots Boys Track Team, this opportunity was seized and was never let go. They took the 2025 Class C3 Sectional Championship and won it by a large margin of 15 points.
