FASNY undertook a "Light Up NY Red" campaign throughout the past coinciding with the annual RecruitNY weekend on Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27, when volunteer fire departments statewide open their doors to raise public awareness.

Dundee Rotary recently took on a project to gather and recycle 1,000 pounds of the type of plastic film that consumers are not typically able to recycle. In return for 1,000 pounds of plastic, the Trex Company would return an eco-friendly composite bench for use in the community.

DUNDEE -- At the rescheduled Winter Concert Friday, April 11, Our Town Rocks raised $1,267.25 to benefit the Dundee Food Pantry. Randy Knapp opened for Cool Club & the Lipker Sisters, and they entertained everyone until after 10 p.m., thanks to Tin Barn Brewery providing the venue.
