POLICE REPORTS Savannah man charged with 1st degree rape of minor
Elijah Q. Vreeland, 27, of Savannah, was arrested April 4 by Penn Yan Police after he was indicted by a Yates County Grand Jury on two counts of rape: one count of 1st degree Rape (class B felony) and one count 3rd degree Rape (class E felony).
