October Student of the Month Piper Castner The Penn Yan Rotary Club was pleased to honor Penn Yan Middle School 8th grader Piper Castner as Student of the Month on Thursday, October 10th, at the Keuka Restaurant in Penn Yan. For most months in each school year the club honors an outstanding Penn Yan student who demonstrates the Rotary Four Way Test, which values truth, fairness, and beneficial actions that build goodwill and friendships.
