PENN YAN - In two unrelated cases appearing before Judge MacKenzie Stutzman in Yates County Criminal Court, two women have plead guilty for the deaths of two young children. SARAH OLSEN, 27, of Penn Yan, was charged with Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Accident without Reporting (class D felony) and Criminally Negligent Homicide (class E felony) following investigation of the fatal car vs.
