BRANCHPORT - The Plant Based People are thrilled to announce that Chef Robert of the Moonshadow Kitchen of Penn Yan will be our presenter for the February meeting. The lecture and demonstration of vegan/gluten-free food will be held at 6 p.m.

After the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, a few things have been rattling around my brain like crumbs in the bottom of the Christmas cookie tin. Here are a some thoughts to begin a new year which will likely be full of things to opine about.
