Yates County Sheriff Frank Ryan advises drivers that all law enforcement agencies in Yates County will be participating in a special enforcement effort to reduce impaired driving during the holidays. The 2024 Yates Christmas Distribution is a wrap! Thanks to all the volunteers and supporters, we served 657 children and 278 families. Along with many community volunteers, Dundee Central School and Penn Yan Central School District send students each year to help with the set-up, distribution, and clean-up over the four days.
