Penn Yan Methodist PYUMC has a warm-hearted, welcoming women’s group, called United Women in Faith, that meets once a month for mission projects, spiritual growth, and friendship. YATES COUNTY -- Spotted Lanternfly infestations have recently been discovered in the Buffalo, Syracuse, and Ithaca areas. This poses a significant threat to Yates County as people from these areas often travel through and recreate in the area.
Honors Lists Clarkson University Two students have been named Presidential Scholars for the Fall 2022 semester at Clarkson University. They achieved at least a 3.8 GPA with at leat 14 credit hours.
